When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a unique access code. Our facilities are accessible 7 days a week during operating hours (7am - 9pm). Simply enter your code at the main gate and proceed to your designated unit. Drive-up access is available for all ground floor units.
We provide basic cover as part of your storage agreement. However, we strongly recommend arranging your own contents insurance for comprehensive protection. We can also offer enhanced insurance cover at an additional cost - just ask when booking.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your unit at any time, subject to availability. Simply contact us and we will arrange the transfer. The new rate will apply from your next billing date. There is no charge for changing unit sizes.
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot store: hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable food, live animals, illegal substances, firearms, or explosives. If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before booking and we will advise you.
Our minimum storage period is just one month. After that, your contract rolls on a month-by-month basis. You can cancel with 14 days notice and we will refund any unused portion of your payment. There are no long-term commitments required.
Yes! We offer a full collection and delivery service. Our team can pack, collect, and transport your items directly to your storage unit. When you need your items back, we can deliver them to your new address. Get a removal quote alongside your storage booking for the best rates.
